LightCharming Service Terms

By submitting this form, the client acknowledges and agrees to the photography or photobooth service terms provided by LightCharming.

• The selected package details, price, coverage time, and included services have been reviewed by the client.
• Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure the booking date.
• Travel fees, additional hours, studio fees, prints, albums, and add-ons may apply if agreed upon.
• Coverage begins at the agreed start time. Late arrivals, venue delays, or restricted access may affect final coverage.
• Edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery or download link.
• LightCharming retains copyright ownership of all images. The client receives personal-use rights to download, share, and print images.
• LightCharming is not responsible for missed moments caused by delays, weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside of our control.
