LightCharming Service Terms

The selected package details, pricing, coverage time, and included services must be reviewed and understood by the client before the booking is confirmed. A booking request does not guarantee availability until LightCharming confirms the date and required payment/deposit is received.

Deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure the booking date. Travel fees, additional hours, studio fees, prints, albums, rush delivery, and other add-ons may apply if agreed upon. Coverage begins at the agreed start time. Late arrivals, venue delays, restricted access, or schedule changes may affect final coverage and delivered images.

Edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery or download link. LightCharming retains copyright ownership of all images. The client receives personal-use rights to download, share, and print delivered images. Commercial use, resale, or third-party advertising use requires written permission unless included in the selected package.

LightCharming is not responsible for missed moments caused by delays, weather, venue restrictions, guest/vendor interference, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside of our control. By signing below, the client confirms they have read and agree to these booking terms. If the EVENT50 promotion is applied, the client understands the $50 discount applies to one eligible photography or photobooth package and must be validated before submission.
